Our operations comprise a 4-step process:
1. Data collection : We endeavor to collect robust, diverse and high quality raw data as a core input to our operations. Our Tremoo Scouts adhere to the set data standards in collection, annotation and labelling making our data capacity limitless.
2. Data Clean-up : Raw data is subjected to comprehensive analysis by our team of Data Analysts ensuring that only the seasoned data proceeds to the next stage.
3. Data Preparation : Clean data is categorized, structured, customized in diverse forms in readiness for AI Tools and ML.
4. Complete Datasets : Processed and complete data sets are released for utilization in ML models and diverse AI tools in businesses globally.
Data : Data refers to raw facts or information collected and processed in various formats like text, photos, audio, and video. It forms the basis of knowledge, analysis, and insight generation.
Dataset : A dataset is an organized collection of information or data points used for analysis or reference. In AI and ML training, it consists of input data with labels (for supervised learning) or just input data (for unsupervised learning). Datasets are crucial for building and testing ML models, containing various data types like text, photos, numbers, audio, and video.
Tremoo Scout : An approved person meeting Tremoo Data Collection Requirements to gather valuable raw data used for AI and ML by locating, sourcing, and uploading unstructured data by participating in Tremoo Data Projects.
Working Age : Working age refers to the legal number of years as defined by a Tremoo Scout's State or Country to participate in the labor force and engage's in productive economic activities.
Payout : Refers to the transfer of funds from Tremoo to the Tremoo Scouts as their earnings from successful participation in Data Collection Projects through the preferred payment channels.
Payout Schedule : This is the set cycle of payouts to Tremoo Scouts by Tremoo; currently set at Thursday of each week.
Cloud Space : "Cloud Space" is virtual storage for digital data by Third Party Cloud Service Provider (CSP) which enables Tremoo Scouts to remotely upload data in absence of physical storage facilities.
1. Prospective Tremoo Scouts must complete their registration by providing accurate information either through the Tremoo website or the Tremoo mobile app.
2. Upon successful submission of their details, they will automatically receive an activation link via email.
3. 3. These potential Tremoo scouts will utilize the email link to submit payable verification data. Only three (3) verification attempts are granted.
4. Upon approval of test data, the users are granted access to the portal as official Tremoo Scouts.
5. Once verified, Tremoo Scouts are expected to complete their User Profiles with personal information including selection of their preferred payment method.
6. 6. Tremoo grants Scouts 10mbs starter Cloud Space to kick start the data collection. To continue participating in Data Projects, Scouts need to secure a preferred Cloud Space Plan from the Packages provided by the Third-Party Cloud Service Provider (TP-CSP).
7. Tremoo Scouts can access the active data collection projects on the "Project Data Desk" and participate in the preferred projects by uploading the required data while observing the Tremoo and specific Project data requirements.
8. Tremoo Scouts can view the projects participated in as well as Approved/Rejected data under “My Projects” Tab.
9. Tremoo Scouts can view their accumulated earnings for all approved data in the “Payments” Tab. Upon reaching the Minimum Withdrawal limit the Tremoo Scout can make a withdrawal request in line with the Payments Policy.
10. Upon filling the Cloud Storage Space, Tremoo Scouts can renew their subscription or purchase a different package as desired for continued participation in data collection projects.
Upon successful registration, Tremoo Scouts must first complete their profile by filling out all the
information required on the portal. An incomplete user profile cannot participate in Data Collection
Projects. The User Email, Country and City remain un-editable after registration.
Tremoo Scouts must provide the Preferred Payment details to enable transfer of payments due via a
preferred payment option. By selecting the country of residence, the Tremoo Scout is able to view
the available payment options in their country.
All profile edits must be completed by clicking the "Update" button located at the right side of the profile section.
The following components must be considered by Tremoo Scouts in all Data Collection and participation in projects.
Quality : Uploaded data must be accurate, adequate, complete, reliable and relevant to qualify for approval.
Originality : Uploaded data must be unique, novel and original in every aspect within the project data requirement specifications.
Clarity : Uploaded data must be readable, comprehensible and adequately labelled or annotated within the project data requirement specifications.
Tremoo Scouts can use the following gadgets, but are not limited to, for collecting data.
Tremoo's Scout data will be approved only if it meets all the listed criteria below.
Tremoo Scouts risk their data being rejected for the following reasons
Data upload is final and irreversible. Tremoo Scouts bear the responsibility of careful utilization of their cloud space by identifying the most appropriate projects to participate in and nature of data to upload. Tremoo Scouts must strive to upload data that meets the approval criteria.
Payments for Data : Tremoo Scouts participate in various data collection projects as posted on the Project Data Desk and get paid for the approved data. For data to be approved, it has to meet all the data requirements criteria as captured in Section 6. The applicable rates for each data type are highlighted under each package. Tremoo Scouts are able to check the status of the uploaded data for each project on the “My Projects” Tab and hence view the Approved and Rejected data.
Cumulative Earnings Process : The approved project earnings are accumulated in the Tremoo Scout`s account and this can be viewed in the “Payments” tab. Approved data earnings from all projects that the Tremoo Scout has participated in are accumulated under “Accumulated Earnings” while the current earnings from approved data is available under “Available Balance”
Minimum Withdrawal Limit : Tremoo has set a minimum withdrawal limit at $20 which comprises of the cumulative total of all approved projects that the Tremoo Scout has participated in.
Payment Schedule Policy : Tremoo processes payments to Tremoo Scouts on the basis of the withdrawal requests and via the preferred payment method. Tremoo payment schedule is Weekly and payments are processed each Thursday. Withdrawal requests must be submitted by Wednesday 11:59 PM. Late withdrawal requests are processed in the next payment cycle.

The funds are transferred through your preferred payment method on Thursday every week (subject to payment schedule policy).
Data Privacy- As per Our Privacy Policy : Tremoo operates within California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) among other Human Rights Laws in various states and countries. We therefore base and determine all data privacy-related concerns within the immediate legal jurisdiction guided by the US Federal Laws and California State Laws. Tremoo Scouts are also expected to be adequately acquainted with the Data Privacy and relevant laws applicable in their states and countries as they subsequently ensure to align their data collection with the prevailing laws.
Tremoo Scout Liability in Data Collection : Tremoo Scouts carry full liability of their data collection activities under the assumption of being fully aware of the prevailing Data Privacy and other applicable laws in their countries. To affirm this, all Tremoo Scouts must sign the Tremoo User Agreement prior participating in data collection for Tremoo.
Our Data Liability : Tremoo data liability applies only to the approved data uploaded to our system by the Tremoo Scouts. Rejected data as per our Data Management System is discarded instantly upon rejection.
Data Ownership after Submission : Tremoo automatically assumes full ownership of all approved and paid-for data that Tremoo Scouts upload to our system. No claim therefore can be raised by Tremoo Scouts or any other third-party regarding ownership of data uploaded, approved and paid-for on Tremoo Portal.
